You know that hum. The one that doesn't turn off even when you've finally cleared your to-do list. The one that makes rest feel like something you have to earn instead of something you're allowed to have.
In this episode, I'm breaking down what I call the proving pattern — the belief, formed way back in childhood, that love and approval were conditional. Maybe it showed up after good grades. Maybe it was being the helpful one, the easy one, the one who never made waves. Whatever the version, the lesson landed the same way: you're worth keeping when you're producing.
That strategy worked when you were a kid. It kept you safe, it kept you connected. But it doesn't know how to turn off, and that's the problem. As an adult, it shows up as over-delivering, saying yes when you mean no, measuring your worth by your output, and for coaches and healers specifically, it shows up as the inability to raise your prices because some part of you only trusts the numbers you feel like you've earned.
I'm talking through where this pattern comes from, how it quietly runs your business and your client relationships, and what the reparenting process actually looks like — the slow, consistent work of letting your inner adult tell your inner child the truth: you were never supposed to have to prove this.
Because abundance isn't something you hustle for. It's a divine inheritance. And the work isn't external. It's healing what's underneath, so your reality can finally match it.
