Ever caught yourself thinking "I must have manifested this narcissist into my life" — or "I created this toxic situation, so it's on me"?
That thought isn't spiritual maturity. It's childhood shame wearing a new costume with better vocabulary.
In this episode of Inner Child Revolution, we go deep into the intersection of inner child healing and spiritual awakening — and why so many of us get stuck in a loop of self-punishment disguised as "personal responsibility."
What we get into:
→ The trap of using "I create my reality" as a weapon against yourself
→ Separation consciousness vs. oneness — why the judging mind (right/wrong, victim/perpetrator) can never actually set you free
→ Why you can't skip past 3D reality and trauma to get to oneness (spoiler: bypassing is just dissociation with a spiritual accent — the exact survival mechanism the child used originally)
→ Neville Goddard's teaching that the external world is "yourself pushed out," and what that actually means when someone in your life is causing real harm
→ The role of the inner adult in holding two truths at once — yes, the harm happened and it wasn't okay, AND from a higher level there is only one of us here
→ How 1940s mysticism lines up with modern simulation theory from MIT computer scientists, and why we came here to pretend to be limited on purpose
→ Why painful encounters aren't evidence that something is wrong with you — they're sharp invitations to wake up You didn't come here to be good. You came here to remember who you are.

There's a version of spiritual bypassing that sounds evolved. Wise, even.
"I don't want to make anyone the villain.""I've moved past labels."
In this episode I'm calling it what it is — the spiritual trap. It's self-gaslighting dressed up in mature-sounding language. And it keeps you from ever naming what actually happened to you.
Here's the thing. Your mind can rewrite the story. Your body can't. The tight shoulders, the dropping stomach, the exhaustion that won't lift, the insomnia — that's the truth still trying to be heard. When you override those signals with spiritual language, you're doing the same thing that was done to you as a child. You're dismissing her.
I break down the reasons we don't name our experiences.
The fear of getting pulled into the empath vs narcissist loop online. Naming a pattern privately is not the same as building your entire identity around a role.
The fear of being "too much" or "too dramatic." That's the inner child still trying to be a good kid so she doesn't get in trouble for having feelings.
The fear that naming it means confronting the person or publicly blowing up your life. It doesn't. Naming is a private act between you, your inner child, and maybe a coach or therapist.
I also say something I'm firm about — never tell a narcissistic person they are a narcissist. That is not the work.
If you're a coach, this matters even more. Refusing to name your own patterns creates a ceiling. Your clients will hit the exact walls you're hiding behind. It shows up in your pricing and your presence and what you're able to receive.
Acknowledging your inner child was a victim doesn't make you a victim now. As the adult, you have power and choices she didn't have — which is exactly why you can finally hold what happened with honesty and love her through it.

There's a book called Busting Loose from the Money Game by Robert Scheinfeld that cracked something wide open for me. The premise: we are infinite creators who deliberately hid our own power inside our own lives, just so we could experience the joy of finding it again.
That single reframe undoes so much. Because when you manifest the thing and still feel empty afterward, it's not that you did it wrong. The joy was never in the object. The joy is in remembering you had the power all along.
In this episode I'm walking you through where that power actually gets hidden — inside your triggers and the same walls you keep hitting up against. Scheinfeld calls these "eggs." And the child part of you who's still living inside that pattern? She's the observer holding it in place.
Quantum physics tells us the observer changes what is observed. There is no past — only a present moment where an old story is being actively observed into existence by a part of you still trapped inside of it. Reparenting is how the adult you reaches into that field, witnesses her, and pulls her home into the now.
This isn't soft healing. It's reclamation. When you bring that child part back, the creative fuel that was tied up in maintaining the old pattern is finally free — free for you to imagine and build the life and business you actually want.
For coaches and heart-led entrepreneurs, this matters more than any strategy you'll ever learn. Your audience feels your frequency before they hear a word you say. When your power is home, they know it.

What if the pull toward inner child work isn't about fixing yourself — but about waking up?
In this episode of Inner Child Revolution, I explore why the call to heal your inner child is actually a spiritual awakening in disguise. Across mystical traditions and sacred texts, the child has always represented closeness to the divine — and that's not a coincidence.
I break down what reparenting really is: the ongoing inner conversation between your conscious adult self and the younger version of you who still runs the show. Drawing from Neville Goddard's teachings on inner conversations and the quantum principle that the observer changes what is observed, I explain how revisiting a past memory and giving your inner child what they needed actually shifts the past itself — changing your present reference point and expanding what's possible for your future.
I also challenge older consciousness frameworks that taught us to override or destroy negative thoughts. Modern trauma science tells a different story — that resistance is often a scared, younger part of you trying to keep you safe. The path forward isn't fighting that part. It's meeting it with compassion and integrating it through reparenting.
And at the core of it all: true transformation comes from identity, not strategy. When you revise the memories where you learned your worth was conditional, you rewrite the identity that runs your business, your relationships, and your capacity to receive.

There are words we avoid because they feel too final. Toxic. Abusive. Narcissistic. So we soften them into "they did their best" — and in doing that, we keep protecting a system that never protected us.
In this episode of Inner Child Revolution, I'm talking about the subconscious agreement so many of us made as kids — stay small, don't outshine anyone, don't take up too much space — and why that agreement is still running your pricing, your visibility, and the ceiling on what you'll let yourself earn. You don't need a clinical diagnosis to know a dynamic was toxic. If it cost you your voice or your sense of self, that's enough.
Your business is a mirror. What you charge, who you let in, how visible you're willing to be — all of it reflects what your identity still believes is safe. And an identity can't shift until the inner adult finally says what the child couldn't. Not with cruelty. With clarity.

You know that hum. The one that doesn't turn off even when you've finally cleared your to-do list. The one that makes rest feel like something you have to earn instead of something you're allowed to have.
In this episode, I'm breaking down what I call the proving pattern — the belief, formed way back in childhood, that love and approval were conditional. Maybe it showed up after good grades. Maybe it was being the helpful one, the easy one, the one who never made waves. Whatever the version, the lesson landed the same way: you're worth keeping when you're producing.
That strategy worked when you were a kid. It kept you safe, it kept you connected. But it doesn't know how to turn off, and that's the problem. As an adult, it shows up as over-delivering, saying yes when you mean no, measuring your worth by your output, and for coaches and healers specifically, it shows up as the inability to raise your prices because some part of you only trusts the numbers you feel like you've earned.
I'm talking through where this pattern comes from, how it quietly runs your business and your client relationships, and what the reparenting process actually looks like — the slow, consistent work of letting your inner adult tell your inner child the truth: you were never supposed to have to prove this.
Because abundance isn't something you hustle for. It's a divine inheritance. And the work isn't external. It's healing what's underneath, so your reality can finally match it.
